Our Origin Story
White Glove Co-Founders Dean Thurman and Mike Thurman are financial advisors by trade. They relied on the “old school” method of seminar marketing to grow their business for many years. They created print invitations and mailed them to people in an area where they wanted to host an educational seminar. They and their team did all the logistical coordination for the seminar (and if you’ve ever planned a seminar, you know it’s like a mini wedding!). They took on all the upfront financial risk. For a long time, many people would show up excited to learn more about retirement planning.
Fewer people attended the seminars, and the ones who did often weren’t people Dean and Mike were hoping to connect with as potential clients. More times than they would like to admit, they put the wrong information on a print mailer. There were times when the weather was awful, and no one wanted to brave the elements for a financial planning seminar. When these scenarios happened, Dean and Mike were out of luck and lost a LOT of money. And, perhaps the biggest challenge of all was Dean, Mike and their team were spending way too much time being event planners and not enough time being financial planners.
They knew there had to be a better way…

Email Marketing Specialist
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for a national outreach initiative that involves communicating upcoming workshops to prospective clients. The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for sending all email campaigns, ensuring the correct information is sent to each prospect group and analyzing the email campaign performance. You will also be responsible for creating and adjust content in the campaigns to draw higher engagement with the target groups – this will include both B2B and B2C content. This role is also responsible for supporting the CRM team and the Marketing team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Delivery Team in its primary and administrative duties. The Marketing Assistant supports the work of marketing managers on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing marketing campaigns. Excellent organizational skills are the main requirement for marketing assistant roles.
Sales Development Representative
We’re looking for high energy, driven professionals who can focus on supporting the sales team with lead qualification. You will gain experience interacting with professionals of all levels across a broad geographical area. If you are interested in taking your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply today.
We are looking for someone with a high level of professional communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing environment of a hugely successful start up. Sales, teaching and coaching experience needed. You will need to be comfortable closing and prospecting but most importantly relationship building. The sale is the easy part, it is maintaining relationships, building your client base and giving the best service possible that we need.
In this role at White Glove, the Content Marketer will work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to define, produce and manage high-quality, engaging and relevant content to power White Glove’s demand generation process and to support customers throughout their life-cycle.
